Theories and Practice of High Skilled Workers Team Construction

Abstract

Based upon the studies on the theories of High Skilled Workers (HSWs), this project generalizes the practical experiences of China’s HSWs team construction. It also analyzes current and potential problems in this respect. Also involved is the measures that other countries have taken on cultivating HSWs, which enable the project to offer ideas and advice for the development of HSWs in China.

This report falls into four parts: firstly, theories of HSWs team construction; secondly, practice of China’s HSWs team construction; thirdly, experiences of other countries in respect of HSWs team construction; and last, advice regarding policy on strengthening construction of China’s HSWs.
